Too small, awful customer service
I recently ordered a cosplay costume and shoes. I spent over an hour making measurements and using the size charts. I then went up one size for the clothing and up two sizes for the shoes. All of the items I received were still significantly too small. While wearing the clothing, if I were to bend my arms or legs, the sleeves and pants legs would rip. I literally couldn't zip up the shoes at all. As far as I can tell, there's no way to get a refund. I can't even try to start the refund process. Their messenger doesn't work and neither does their refund submission form. Their phone customer service is useless. Who knows what it would take to actually get a refund.
