terrible experience
terrible experience. paid my copay …waited…(this is fine i understand we’re all busy).. but then the doctor simply cancelled my visit denied my medication requesting . no note to review why?. i don’t know if this is an attempt to avoid charting but common what worthless sack. i feel like as if i showed up in person, waited for my turn only to have the nurse or ma say”sorry doctors cancelled you visit he/she feels your request is stupid and doesn’t want to deal with you” good business plan
