Beware of hidden costs
I purchased a bridal skirt and shocked by extra fees i had to pay. I'll start with positives. Arrived quickly Refunded quickly (although not the amount I was expecting!) Negatives Firstly the skirt was not to the standard seen on their site and the size 8 skirt was more like a 6. I couldn't quite get that zip up! Now for the price. I was lured in by intro discounts. I'm not convinced I actually received any discount in the end. I then paid a 'reduced' postage and packaging fee of £14 and a random £16 charge. I can't seem to get hold of anyone to explain this. Obviously I wanted to return this item. I knew I would lose the initial delivery charge as per their clear instructions online, so wasn't expecting the full £89 return. However I also wasn't expecting to only get £56 back. I have questioned this but on their email forms the email deletes when you press submit. What is this extra £19 fee once I take out the original £14 postage?? Please be aware of this.
