Too good to be true ?
The rate is really good for the first transfer but not sure where the money is and when it will arrive. I made a transfer on 06/23/24 but never received a transfer notification email. The app is really confusing and incomplete. Many sections are blank. I can not even download receipt. It shows "there is no translation" even though under "order record " it shows my $600 transfer. There is no status of the transfer even though the money was been taken out of my bank. When checked the help center, it does not allow me to check information for any other country but China. By default, it changes everything to "Your chosen market USA to China" . For contacting customer service, it suggests me to contract through wecam. Really? I'm in US and I'm not Chinese or sending to china. I really hope that the transfer arrives soon and so that this review does not get any worse.
