UNHAPPY WITH THE WAIT TIME FOR ORDER
Placed an order on 5th August, still not arrived wrote an email, they did reply, politely, however, it said on website it would be a week, how wrong this is. The reply from email: We are sorry that the production time is too long. You know, sometimes there are things that are beyond our control. After checking, your order production has been completed. Your package has been sent to the logistics company. The logistics company will ship your package immediately after receiving it! You will be notified by email after the product is shipped, and you can click the logistics link to track the location of the package at any time. Please don't worry. We will let you know the order status as soon as it is updated.
