I’ve been trying to return 2 dresses for over a week, customer service says they reply within 24 hrs, I’m waiting on a return form and label but getting no reply . I’m now concerned that I won’t be able to return these unwanted goods. There is no other way of making contact other than by email. It has now been 16hrs and I’m still waiting on your email referred to in your response??
