I have been ordering from iherb since 2 years or more. The past 6 months have been the worst deliveries. I always opt for temperature controlled delivery, where you pay extra for the delivery, all the deliveries received ever since the delivery company was change to SMSA have been hot, zero temperature control, items melted and damaged. Unfortunately the last delivery was hot as hell, and they refused to do a proper return, they asked me to return and bear the charges!! Which is ridiculous. Why would I pay extra for temp controlled and get hot melted items then I have to bear the return charges! They even ignored my messages for 5 days. Horrible service, I dont trust them anymore.
