The website lay out is really nice,unfortunately the products are not as depicted on the site,the measurements are not quite usual. In Addition I ordered the dress for my graduation which is why I didn’t take the cheapest shipping method but paid extra just so that it arrives on time ,it still came to late and I couldn’t wear it to my graduation . It is almost impossible to get a refund without paying a high shipping fee. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the customer service is really great( actually the best I have ever experienced) .They answer really fast and really engage into the problem,I also feel taken serious and have the impression that they care about their costumers and try to solve the problem.If the product would be as great as the customer service I would have definitely given 5 stars!
