AVOID AVOID AVOID
As the title says, AVOID! This company is dreadful, had many back and forth emails with my item not matching the description on the website, first off the size of the item was more than 2 inches smaller than advertised, along with the item itself not looking the same as the website, the names didn’t light up but advertised they did… it was a disaster from the minute we opened the box! Tried to settle it through PayPal which is who we paid with, but never got our money back as it “isn’t under buyers protection” absolute scam from PayPal themselves, whoever was contacting me from Kespire was completely unhelpful, made me feel like I was an idiot! Our item cost us £50 and we never seen a penny of it back from PayPal, the seller offered us less than 30% refund for an item that didn’t not match their description or photos, told us it was for cost of materials which is quite frankly an insult and we weren’t offered it again as we disputed through PayPal! The item was bought as part of our wedding, the item arrived late so completely missed that date, even though we ordered it in plenty of time, but once we opened and saw the item we were glad that the item never arrived on time as it was DREADFUL! That being said, if the item arrived on time and looked as it was pictured me and my partner would have purchased more items from this company. But they shot themselves in the foot!! AS I HAVE SAID FROM THE START! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AS YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK IF YOU DO BUY FROM THEM!
