Worst service ever
I booked a shipment through EasyParcel to send documents from Malaysia to the US via UPS on Tuesday. Thought everything was good to go, but it was a mess. Starting Wednesday, I checked with EasyParcel every day about the pickup. Every time, they told me it was scheduled and UPS would come that day. But nothing happened. By Friday, I was fed up and called UPS myself. Turns out, EasyParcel had only created the AWB, but never actually scheduled a pickup! I had to sort it out and schedule the pickup on my own. Really disappointed with the lack of follow-up, lies and false promises.
