I have been using Easyparcel for years and have been happy with their service. Especially the customer service department. They handled any issues with utmost care, speed and human. They stole my money and never gave me any service, and they pu tit in credit syste which i will never use. Then I used other shipment, they lost my package and didn't even refund My money, nor credit or back to my account.
I truly grateful for the help of their customer service when my parcel sent out with incomplete address. Thanks to their prompt response and my receiver safely received their parcel! I am so glad for this! Been using Easyparcel for so many years and the experience remain positive! Also give confident to my buyer because they immediately receive whatsapp update upon parcel being collected.
Rate price a scam to get u topup but in reality it will increase and keep asking u to topup when will never get the deal they initially promoted to u. Please don’t get scam by this company. NEVER USE THIS, go for direct delivery company
Never ever turn on auto reload credit on this shitty platform, charge you RM1000 twice even when you set the reload to execute when credit is below Rm200. Then said their policy can't allow refund after top-up has been made.

Called easy parcel but its not easy at all, always miss pick up and simple adjust extra charges double up whatever they like without any proof.
If there is 1 word to describe Easy Parcel. It would be Useless. If we needed more words. Utterly useless comes to mind. Simple shipment from Singapore turn into a hide and seek debacle with their support team filled with empty promises to escalate to their courier team. Hopelessly useless. After 7 working days. The package is still missing and all they say is escalated to courier team. It’s painfully obvious that they do not know what they are doing. Wtv bullshit integration they have is all fake news. They can’t even reveal who their courier partner is for me to follow up personally. Telling them to just hold the package at the sorting center also can’t be done cause they don’t kno what they are doing. Do not use this company for any reason whatsoever unless you want high blood pressure.
Easyparcel is just unreliable, I booked for parcel pick up on the next day with city link express, however there were no update from the dispatch at ALL. No one had reach out to me to pick up up the parcel. I requested for a refund, but the refund was a credit refund to easyparcel wallet, and the credit is only useable for the same courier service provider! Why would I still arrange for delivery with the same courier given the bad service provided!
Unexpressed it's great to use easyparcel. I thought it will complicated at first. But it goes smooth. Great service & good experience.

Tells me i have an RM4 adjustment charge due long after the delivery is completed. After I have paid, they STILL say I haven't paid and threaten to use debt collection. Crazy
