Easyparcel is just unreliable
Easyparcel is just unreliable, I booked for parcel pick up on the next day with city link express, however there were no update from the dispatch at ALL. No one had reach out to me to pick up up the parcel. I requested for a refund, but the refund was a credit refund to easyparcel wallet, and the credit is only useable for the same courier service provider! Why would I still arrange for delivery with the same courier given the bad service provided!
