I'm done!
I have been a customer for a year now with no problems until recently. My last order they screwed up on the label and the address was incomplete so my local post office upon discovering the incomplete address immediately returned the package. I am being told the package went to one of their other warehouses and was destroyed. For the past week and a half I have been going back and forth with everyday deals about the package and they are trying to lay blame on me for not going to the post office and picking it up even though I told them I am disabled and unable to and that the package was sent back before I could even go there if I wanted to. Now they say they will give me the product for free but I must pay for the reshipping and I have to pay for it to be reshipped before they will send it to me. Well if they're giving me the product for free then they need to give me a refund for what I've already paid for the product and shipping. Why should I send them any more money when they owe me a refund? I am getting tired of going back and forth with these people and I will never ever ever order from them again.
