Order MM743187 - Missing Item "Customer's Fault"
Order MM743187 (resumit as this was flagged. Also AFTER the negative review was submitted I was contacted by a customer service manager for the initial resolution I requested. In the message I was told I chose the wrong material for a wedding ring as it would "not hold up with daily wear") Ordered several rings and necklaces, they did not tell me one of the credit card transactions did not process, and were not helpful at all. The order status said in process and they kept telling me to wait for the production time frame. It comes and goes, customer service is rude and tell me to reorder and would not honor sale price. The ring was supposed to be for my wedding. Zero stars, do not shop with them.
