DO NOT use this company. Evidently their method if operation is to take the order, cancel shortly thereafter saying flowers not deliverable and claim they'll issue a refund. I've been chasing them for 2 weeks with promises that "Robertha Kiley, Customer Service Manager, is personally looking into this". BS, they are scammers. Call your bank if they did this to you!
