Courier nightmare
Designed & ordered a custom greeting card but was told it couldn't be delivered to a PO Box, had to be to a home address. So provided a home address & just checked on the tracking status. Turns out it was sent by courier who didn't bother coming to my home address to deliver. Instead they dropped it off at a depot and expect me to drive to collect it. Tracking says it's been left at a depot which is a one hour drive from my home. Won't be doing business with Zazzle again.
