So Far so Good for Less than 24 hours
My under sink RO system was installed only late yesterday so no opinion about the water quality, yet. Sales Rep, Jay, was very pleasant & knowledgeable. Installer Andrew was the best possible. He was efficient, detailed, highly personable & congenial. I see some bad experiences with customers on here with no resolve. That should not be & always leaves me bittersweet. The company should go to the end of the earth to remedy every issue. Anything less is unacceptable. Only a relatively small volume of water is produced before the tank needs to refill itself for about an hour, plus the flow of water is quite slow. That said, anything good is worth waiting for. I like that Leaf manufactures their own machinery in the USA. Installers and service staff are sub-contractors versus sales reps. They are responsible to Leaf but not Leaf corporate paid staff.
