First class customer service!
The sofa looks fantastic and appears really well made (far better than similar competitor brands we had looked at first), it meets all our expectations. However... The customer service exceeded our expectations - it was a welcome reminder that great service is not a thing of the past! Could not have asked anymore from Nick Baker and Nick Adams in the Hollywood branch, in fact we interacted with a number of people through the process and they were all great!
