Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Needed a smaller help with one of my orders I was not happy with. Agent left the conversation. Tried again a 2nd time with a new agent, but he also left the conversation. Then 3rd time, this time I finally thought I would get helped, but out of nowhere the agent stopped to answer me. I am done with Adidas. Good to see them are doing so bad at Trustpilot, my experience mirrors everyones, feels good!
