Sad, hoping for improvement
Ever since Parentgiving closed their west coast provider, there have been problems. The tracking system used on their site is completely broken as well. I did receive my order, after being given incorrect dates by their "tracking" system several times, and it came early -- very lucky I was home, as we've had lots of porch pirates lately. Their site states that they're getting the kinks worked out and should be back to seamless delivery soon. I do like the products I order there, so I'm crossing my fingers and hoping they get worked out soon!
