Disappointing quality
Had the most incredible time ordering two different rings for Christmas 2020 - one for me, and one for my girlfriend! Customer service was nice when I ordered and asked about delayed shipping, they were very understanding. I got two moonstone rings, where one was the ritzy cut and one was a raw cut. However after only using the raw cut ring for special occassions for 6 months, the stone fell out of the ring! I tried customer service and their return policy and warranty only covers the first month of use. Extremely disappointing, as I paid almost 100$ for a single ring with gold plaiting, and it breaks. Customer service only provided 15% off next purchase for non-sale items. Sad to confess this was my first and last purchase.
