Defective Crystal Photo Bell x 2
After recieving the bell crystal photo, the crystal developed an opaque white interior density and the picture could not longer be visualed. This happend at the top of the bell. After the inititial episode 3D Laser printed and shipped a new one at no charge. When the same crystal distortion happened to the second one, I gave up. Did not report or ask for refund. I will not be using or recommending 3D Laser Gifts based on this experience. Great customer service. Defective products x 2 is reason for this 2-star review.
