I purchased a necklace that was to be delivered to my home in MN; however, per their customer service representative, and a screenshot provided by them, the item was delivered to CA. They will not refund my money, stating because I did not purchase the extra fee to be sure I receive the item; therefore they will do nothing. So I am out $213. A representative replied stating the necklace was delivered to the correct address, however; they will not confirm what address they think is the correct. According to their customer service representative they are still sending me a delivery receipt from California. Again, I live in Minnesota. What they are posting on this platform is very different than what the are confirming in an email. They had no problem taking my money, but will not help locate the item, they are claiming they sent to my house. Sounds pretty fishy to me.
