Horrible site, acct mgmt and support - good platform
Used the platform for a year. The platform is good and the live streaming show is great. The website, chatbot, support, transfer process, their margin handling and trader protections are the WORST and subsequently my distaste for the company. They do not care about traders at all and do nothing to make their account management experience helpful. Their Plaid integration is broke and has been failing for 6 months making every transfer take their 3 day waiting period instead of the 24 hours that had worked through the first half of 2025. They blamed my bank and my bank blamed them and Plaid. And if you want 1 day deposits their debit card process is your new option. Except it doesn't work at all and adding a debit card in any browser is a huge failure, and good luck even getting a card added to your account. Their AI chatbot is your only option for immediate help and it is the worst. It takes many attempts to even get a relevant answer, and there was only one case where it actually helped a problem I had. The other 10 times it failed spectacularly. Cannot give enough praise to their live stream - they are one of the best of all the live trading streams by a landslide. But when it comes to my money and the brokerage relationship, the NT experience I've not had any positive experiences. Every time I try to do something on their site I run into a problem. And since this is Trustpilot I can say they are legit. But they are not quality. EDIT: I didn't even realize I was so angry at Ninjatrader before enough to come to Trustpilot and take the time to do a second negative review. I guess that speaks volumes on the quality of this company. The only credit I can give that is a little different from my first review is that the platform is overall good, despite the severe margin and trader protection help they are lacking (no ad-hoc lock out like Topstep - though Topstep platform is something I'd never use) and no way to closely monitor margin unless you write your own NinjaScript.
