Their customer service is shocking
Their customer service is shocking, I called this number 0203 318 6204 to enquire about my parcel that had gone missing only to be met with a recording saying they have high call volumes at the moment and call back later then the line went dead. I tried numerous emails and used the instant chat only to be avoided, they kept saying they would contact me and they didnt. I ordered the replacement part for my sling on 3rd April and it's now the 14th April and still nothing. Would have been easier to use Amazon. Think I will call my bank today to return the money as they are ignoring all forms of communication.
