The customer service is not good at all…
The customer service is not good at all and good luck with them helping you arrange a return. They just give you the address and “off you go” most people don’t know how to send a package internationally to Singapore! as all the address details and everything are completely different to what we are used too! The products are good quality but the customer service is in dire need of an audit and changes need to be made! I even asked if they could make me a returns label to attach and I’ll pay the postage when I get to the post office and no help was offered at all and it felt like “do it yourself because we don’t really care” I’m honestly so disappointed that this is my first interaction with the brand
