Taxes
Very pretty rings. Fit well. Quick delivery. However, customs duties are to be paid in addition to the price of the rings (Moon Magic does not say) and they are very expensive (30.50€ for a ring priced at 67€ and 28.50€ for a ring priced at 57€). When we contact Moon Magic to let them know that at no time is it specified that we have to pay customs duties if we buy products, they answer : "We'd still like to give you the below 2 options, should you decide to decline your package: 1. The package will be disposed off by your respective customs, in which case we unfortunately cannot provide a refund. 2. We can have the package returned to us and issue a refund, minus a return cost for shipping, taxes and restocking." I find it is a shame that Moon Magic does not specify that taxes are to be expected if you buy on their site and that a full refund (price of rings + customs taxes) is not offered to dissatisfied customers.
