A month since purchase and dead silent
A month since purchase and they are completely silent. I waited a week to contact for an update and they said its in China. A week later they said it was in Aus the whole time. 0 updates since then and this feels like a scam. Update: Aramex have the parcel but will not deliver until I provide the 2 letter + 10 digit tracking code. They won't accept the tracking code here, as they want 2 letters in front of it. Update2: Since leaving the review they have been very good with communications and I eventually received the grinder. Unfortunately, it is not working properly and am still attempting to fix it.
