I bough some earphones that have since stopped working. The product is within Aukey's 24 month guarantee for all their products. I have e-mailed them repeatedly and given them all the information regarding the headphones. They try to keep dodging legal responsibility, and in the most recent e-mail stating that they would love to replace my product but because their system at the moment is broken they are not able to!?!? this sounds ridiculous and like a complete lie, and since they have change the reason why and are now asking me to get a refund from amazon. I have explained that amazons warranty has expired and that i am claiming the Aukey warranty of 24 months. What they are doing is a breach of contract and it is not legal. Also they are going to incredible lying lengths when as a product supplier it would be much simpler to just post a replacement product
