Not working at the begining but then issue resolved
I installed the esim and followed all the instructions but I don't have Internet for more than 12 hours since I arrived at my destination. The support service takes a lot of time to answer and did not help until now. Edit : they resolved the issue and I now have Internet after 15 hours.
