Great products, poor service
I own a Stream Pro and some panels, ordered off Amazon. Great product and decent service when I ordered it. However, I decided to get an ecoflow x shelly smart meter from their own UK store online. The first time I ordered it they took my money, then cancelled my order, saying I had done it myself, not true. So I ordered and paid again because I figured they made a mistake. Then I get a message saying they had made a technical error previously and asked me to order and pay again to get it expedited. Obviously I don't need another so I didn't click the link they made for me, tried to contact them, 3 days later I haven't had a reply and my latest order still hasn't been shipped. Pretty poor service and still no idea if I will get me smart meter and put out pocket by 300 so far.
