I am dying of cancer 6 to 12 months
I am dying of cancer, I ordered the flow ring as I fell in love with it.... the ring I received sat on my shelf (even written in my review) I feel really sad because it was 3 weeks past the month warranty, and they refused to replace it.... they told me I had to pay half to get it replaced..... after the stone just fell out at my engagement party an hour after putting it on... the one they replaced it with was cracked right down the center and the whole stone was chipped half off. I messaged them immediately upon receiving my ring and I felt so sad I bawled for weeks with no ring. My last thing I wanted in my life was my wedding :( I wanted to be buried in my ring. To get another I equally liked that was almost the same price as my original ring I was made pay 200 extra to have my original replaced with a ring I liked. I've been bawling. I don't understand how a business can operate this way. I just severely hope my replacement is beautiful and the quality I've paid for.
