Best place to deal with at this difficult time. I live in Canada and ordered one for my dog. When I received mine. My dog that sat on top of the urn was broken. I wrote a email to them, they replied the next day. I only expected a replaced dog to put on top of the urn. They send a whole new urn. I’m very happy with this company and we’ll tell my pet friends about them. And when the time comes again , I shall use them again in the future. Thank you guys for doing such a great job during this hard time .
