I haven't used this company myself. But I would like to warn anybody reading these reviews and thinking of using either OrthoSerene or Stunahome who also sell s similar products such as orthopedic footwear - DO NOT USE THEM! Read their reviews which I stupidly forgot to. Their responses & scams are identical. I wouldn't be surprised if they are under the same corrupt umbrella. For a £39.99 per of slippers I was offered by £8 & could keep them or give them to charity. Similar with the other company. And they have refused to give their address to return the goods. I will take advice from your site and refer them to the Chinese government Ombudson as well as reporting them to Pay Pal & my bank. And in future I will also read the reviews!! -
