My order was cancelled by 1OUTLETS 5 days before due date. There was no intimation prior to that. Money was paid on 18July 21, Refund I got on 2.9.21. So much delay not proper. Don't accept money if order can't be executed. The team is courteous but the system of clearance needs improvement. Periodical communication to customer is necessary without the customer reminding you. Don't give store credits. Refund the customer's hard earned money, SWIFTLY.
