Order never shipped!
I placed an order from freehippiespirit.com February 28, 2025. I created an account to keep an eye on the processing and shipping of my order. My payment was excepted, but my order has been sitting in the "awaiting shipment" status for three weeks. I have emailed them three times, and each time they've replied with an apology and a promise to contact the shipping department and apply a rush shipment status to my order. It has been five days since the last email promising me a rush on my order, yet when I check on my order status via the website it still says awaiting shipment. I believe this company to be a scam. From now on I will always check reviews before ordering.
