My Honor phone screen went green
My Honor phone screen went green. I took it to into the shop who said it was a technical fault. After several attempts to register phone for repair I received an envelope to return to honor repair. The phone had 1 year warranty remaining. The only thing that needed replacing was the screen, undamaged but not working. Honor has said my warranty is void as the phone casing has very small marks on it. I can barely see the damage in the photos they sent me. However minor, my warranty is void and they want £139 to repair screen and the minor marks on the case. So, if your phone is not immaculate when requesting a repair under warranty, your warranty is invalid. My phone is a year old so would expect some sign of usage. To return phone with no repairs they will charge for that. For the appalling customer service concerning the warranty on their phones I give them 1 star.
