I bought a Rangemaster kettle for £100 due to its “soft boil” advertised as an extremely quiet kettle It sounds like a plane taking off! I have tried to contact Rangemaster to see if it’s a faulty kettle and have been passed from pillar to post and now onto the fourth email address ! I have tried calling customer service but again, kept on hold whilst they try and work out who is responsible. Dreadful company. Dreadful kettle
