Awesome jewelery
The jewelry is absolutely awesome and beautiful. EDIT --> the delivery issues have been resolved, I ordered last week again and the package arrived on time. --old-- Having anything delivered by them is a nightmare. The order took way too long, and when customer service decided to answer a message, they told me I should check with the courier; when I checked with the courier, they told me they hadn't received the package at all. Then I come back to them, and they say they would check, never answered but something started happening - I started getting delivery updates. The order came today - I ordered 5 different pairs of plugs and tunnels - the package had only two. Needless to say, all five of them were charged, but only two were delivered. And they are not cheap, but the quality is good, as I said, so that's ok that they cost as much - but for a premium product, I expect premium customer service and premium delivery.
