Extremely disappointed with the customer service from Rotimatic. My delivery date passed over a month ago and there has been absolutely no proper update or communication from the company. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and the chat service is completely useless. It’s just an AI loop that keeps sending you in circles without giving any real response or support. Once you’ve made the purchase, it genuinely feels like there is no guarantee on when your product will actually be delivered, and you should expect zero communication from the company. What worries me even more is this: if the customer service is this bad before delivery, what happens if there’s a problem with the machine after it arrives? Right now, I honestly have no confidence that I’d be able to contact anyone for support. Very frustrating experience and not what you expect after spending so much money on a premium product.
