Just a warning about Ryobi
Just a warning. I purchased a ratchet from Ryobi direct. It’s packed up after a few months use. Contacted Ryobi and they say because I work in the car trade it’s not covered under the warranty as it just for diy. I can’t understand why anyone would pay £150 for a tool to use on odd occasions when you can only use it on vehicles. I think it’s a cop-out. I am disgusted and feel severely cheated so if anyone as the bright idea to purchase a Ryobi . I would think again.🤬
