Unreachable customer service
When I ordered the first time everything worked great, but the second time I could get the order and it seemed to be sent back. I reached out to customer service over email multiple times but never heard back. I tried called both the Chinese as well as the UK phone number shown under contact in the app multiple times but couldn't reach anyone. I am not happy about this. I am ordering one more time, this time with PayPal so that I get at least my money back this way if it doesn't work out.
