Absolutely stunning
I had such a wonderful experience with Songmont that I felt they truly deserved a heartfelt review. I ordered the Small Gather Bag in Navy, and while it unfortunately got stuck in Los Angeles customs in December, the Songmont customer service team supported me every step of the way. What could have been a stressful and disappointing situation turned into a positive experience because of their constant communication, reassurance, and genuine care. They were patient, responsive, and always kind in their replies. I never felt ignored or dismissed—they made me feel valued as a customer and did everything they could to help track and resolve the situation. When the bag finally arrived, it was absolutely worth the wait. The quality is beautiful, the craftsmanship is excellent, and the color is stunning. You can truly tell that attention to detail goes into their products. More than the bag itself, what impressed me most was their integrity and customer service. It’s rare these days to find a company that stands by you even when delays are out of their control. Thank you, Songmont, for not only creating a beautiful bag but also for showing such professionalism and kindness. I will happily recommend you to others and look forward to purchasing again in the future for sure!
