I ordered diagnostic tools for Mercedes (C6 Multiplexer + software ) twice from this shop. On the second occasion, I encountered some problems after fitting provided HDD to my laptop. A very friendly person replied on WhatsApp within hours and quickly suggested remote help by TeamViewer. The engineer knew what he was doing and fixed the problem within one session. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. Brilliant. Very pleased especially with the friendliness, helpfulness and accessibility of assistance ( WhatsApp ). Thank you once again.
