Swift communication
The process was mostly really smooth and the communication with the team was very swift. The only slight issue was that they couldn't send the money to my country so I had to find someone in the EU. So make sure to first ask whether your country is on the list of countries their system supports. Their fee is fairly high, but I was honestly happy to get anything because communicating with Austrian is impossible. Received my compensation is less than 4 weeks with all the bank issues, so I'm pretty happy.
