Amazing service!
I could not believe how quick and easy the process was for submitting a claim and receiving a refund! I did it on my phone and it was easy. I submitted a request with a picture of my cracked screen. Within a day, I received an email confirming my refund and the total. I was even given options for how I wanted to receive payment. I was worried when the actual repair was much more than what I had already received in a refund. No problem! I submitted the receipt and they refunded the difference without hesitation.
