My experience has been very bad from the beginning, I tried to make a change once paid and without them having sent any notification tracking number or changed anything on their website they told me that it was not possible, which was not correct according to their terms and policy at that time, then I needed the phone urgently, and It arrive very late after the deadline that they themselves established, finally when I receive it does not come with the right plug for my country, then I can not use it.i have recuested the right plug an no answer For all of which be very sure of what you buy because once you press the buy button there is no going back and they will give multiple excuses not to make changes in addition to the service leaving much to be desired in relation to response times whenever they do response wich is not every time and others losing valuable time. Awful
