Color-match Issues
I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. Despite the fact that I spoke to a Sheet Label representative about color-matching my labels, my first label order was not color-matched. I reached out to Sheet Labels to discuss the extreme difference in color from my logo. Even though I spoke to someone on the phone about color-matching my labels, I was told that since I did not include a request to color-match in the notes that I would not receive a refund for my order which totaled $37.92. I was informed by another representative that if I wrote in the notes that I would like my order color-matched and included the Pantone colors, that my labels would be color-matched. I decided to give Sheet Labels another chance. I placed an order for labels again but, this time, I included a note that I would like my labels to be color-matched and included the Pantone colors. The total was $12.17. However, when I received my labels, I was extremely disappointed. My labels were completely different colors than the Pantone colors that I sent. For example, purples were blue, light pinks were maroon. I’ve never had this type of experience with a label company. This issue has been business-impacting. I still do not have usable labels for my business and I am now out $50.09. I have spoken to many different representatives about this issue and I have been met with very rude responses and excuses for their inability to color-match.
