Poor quality and suspect items
I bought a coat on Goelia about a month ago. It was labelled as wool and cashmere, and thick. Unfortunately, the coat isn't thick at all and there is no label on the inside of the garment to even confirm the composition. So I honestly don’t believe that what I ordered was even wool, let alone cashmere. The 'thick' coat is so thin that it becomes creased with wear... i've never had this issue with a coat before, even polyester ones. I therefore feel i have massively overpaid for a coat, it's definitely not worth what i paid (or near!). Beware, i submitted a review on the website about 2 weeks ago and it was never posted... it seems very convenient that bad and honest reviews aren't being posted. I asked them why it hadn’t been posted and they said they’d email me by the next day, but they didn’t - obviously. They had the chance to salvage my feelings for the company and poor quality product but didn’t bother. Had i really known the points above, i wouldn't have bought the coat. I didn't return as that cost would have fallen on me. It's not a total scam, i got a coat that i ordered, but not at the quality as described, and the customer service is nonexistent. It’s just really disingenuous to only post good reviews, so beware if you’re thinking of ordering!
