Totally Appalling
Where do I start with this company !!! 1, the speed of the server purchased was so slow and unresponsive it might as well not existed. 2, Customer service response times can take days and can provide inaccurate and incorrect information. 3, They issued me with the wrong password which meant I logged into another users account which contained all his photo ID etc, a serious breach of GDPR. 4, Then eventually running after a number of days of waiting for responses, the server speed was so slow it was none existant, I use VPs for Forex trading and this platform is SOOOOO unreliable there's no way in a million years would I actually use it for live trading purposes. I wasn't able to run a simple MT5 test programme and the connection to my laptop was intermittent at best so rendering it unusable. I do not rate this service provider in any way and they only get 1 star because you can't review without a rating otherwise it would of been a zero. Avoid at all costs Update 21-10-25 Having seen the response from Kamatera I logged into my dashboard to retrieve my complaints tickets so I can post them on here....guess what......surprise surprise they have been deleted........lets say know more eh ;-) ;-)
